Easy 30 Day Returns
We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a replacement or refund.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from PetFancy. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be unworn or unused and in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. All pet hair must be removed.
- Due to the nature of customized or edible products, no return or refund is available.
- Shipping costs or if your item(s) qualified for the Free Shipping promotion, understand that outbound postage will not be included in the refund.
- Promotional gifts must be returned with your order. Failure to return promotional gift items will result in their total price to not be included in the refund.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during return shipment. Please use a trackable carrier.
- Original shipping charges non-refundable.
- We cannot accept returns for products that are sent back damaged or not in re-saleable condition.
A 10% restocking fee may apply if:
- An item was return used
- An item is no longer needed or wanted.
A restocking fee may be deducted separately from the outbound shipping fee.
Returns will be credited to original payment method used.
- Returns sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
- Refunds of shipping costs will only be issued if the shipment is a result of our error.
- Please do not return items to the manufacturer.
Please allow 3-5 business days from merchandise receipt for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 business days for your account balance to reflect the refund. This timeframe varies by bank.
Due to the differences in the pricing for different sizes and to ensure items are in stock, Pet Fancy does not offer product exchanges. Instead, please send your items back according to the above instructions, and then place a brand new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement. We'll get your new order out as soon as possible.
